  “Rented a bouncer for a party last summer and the customer service was unprofessional. I had to ask for an email payment confirmation ahead of time and I'm glad I did because they claimed it wasn't paid for when it was delivered. I was also misquoted prices in an email and they did not deliver what was promised. Things worked out, but it was not an easy or pleasant experience.”
