  “I called A Fiesta Party Rental 2.5 weeks before my daughters birthday to rent a bounce house. I called the following week again JUST to confirm that they were going to be in Naples, FL before 1pm on the date that I gave them the week before. TERESA from A Fiesta party Rental told me that she did have Spongebob and not to worry about a deposit because she wants me to pay the driver cash upon arrival. I CALL THE DAY OF THE PARTY AROUND 10am TO MAKE SURE AGAIN THAT THE SPONGEBOB BOUNCE HOUSE WOULD BE DELIVERED IN A COUPLE OF HOURS, TERESA STATED THAT I NEVER CALLED HER BACK TO CONFIRM my bounce house so she booked it for another party in Lehigh Acres. I WAS SO UPSET WITH THIS COMPANY because they verbally confirmed the Spongebob bouncehouse TWICE then on the day OF they told me that They dont remember talking to me about confirmation and that its already booked locally. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY WHEN PLANNING ANY EVENT THAT YOU CARE ABOUT BECAUSE THEY WILL LET YOU DOWN. I HAD TO LEARN THAT THE HARD WAY. I give A Fiesta Party Rental NO STAR RATING but in order to post my review, I was obligated to pick 1 star. (They dont even deserve that)”
