“I'm a normal person just like you reading this. I have contracted out with hundreds of party rental companies and never had such a bad experience as I did with Capri Party Rentals.\n\nTo make a long story short, after ordering tables and chairs for my event 1 week in advance, I get a call from Arci 2 hours before my event starts. She tells me that what I had ordered is no longer available and that I would need to find another company. How is it possible that the owner of this business does not even know what they are renting and what they have available. When I asked her how she planned to resolve this problem 2 hours before my event would start, she said that I would need to figure it out.\n\nI have never dealt with such a bad company. Every time I called it seemed like they were running their company out of their house with screaming children in the backyard.\n\nI write many positive reviews for companies which do what they say, but when a company is bad, I have to speak up. Please be very careful if you have no alternative then to use this service.”
