  “I'm a normal person just like you reading this. I have contracted out with hundreds of party rental companies and never had such a bad experience as I did with Capri Party Rentals.
  
  To make a long story short, after ordering tables and chairs for my event 1 week in advance, I get a call from Arci 2 hours before my event starts. She tells me that what I had ordered is no longer available and that I would need to find another company. How is it possible that the owner of this business does not even know what they are renting and what they have available. When I asked her how she planned to resolve this problem 2 hours before my event would start, she said that I would need to figure it out.
  
  I have never dealt with such a bad company. Every time I called it seemed like they were running their company out of their house with screaming children in the backyard.
  
  I write many positive reviews for companies which do what they say, but when a company is bad, I have to speak up. Please be very careful if you have no alternative then to use this service.”
