  “We had booked an inflatable water slide as the main feature for our Church daycamp kick off party. We booked Way in advance of the event and heavily advertised in our community. We asked for set up 3 1/2 hours before party started just in case there were any minor hick-ups timewise. We had also rented a snowcone machine which we bought all the supplies for our party as well. They did not bother to call us and tell us why they were running late...we had to contact them first after an hour and a half and then again multiple times and In the end we had no slide or snowcones. Very unreliable and such a huge disappointment to be treated so unprofessionally despite an agreed upon contract in writing. Do not use this company!!!”
