Worst Customer Service Ever!
“I have never worked so hard to give someone my business. I called both provided numbers every day for 2 weeks, left numerous messages and never received a call back. I finally got an email and replied with my questions and never got a response. I finally reached him on his home phone, but by then the unit I wanted had been booked and he was less than helpful discussing a different option. With only 3 days left before the party I decided to forget trying to book a bounce house. I will never use this business...I wouldn't trust that they would actually show up even if they did book a unit. ” -

A bit disappointed
“Rented a bouncer for a party last summer and the customer service was unprofessional. I had to ask for an email payment confirmation ahead of time and I'm glad I did because they claimed it wasn't paid for when it was delivered. I was also misquoted prices in an email and they did not deliver what was promised. Things worked out, but it was not an easy or pleasant experience.” -

“Jason, It strickly forbidden to allow a U-Haul customer to park their cars in our secure lot. If the person who allowed this was brought to the owners attention, they would no longer be with the company, however, as our employees have been with us for many, many years I cannot imagine anyone of them being involved. We have not been in business for 29 years because we are dishonest or thieves. I would not tolerate this from anyone and would report it to the police myself. If this infact happened, I was not made aware of it,directly, by you, so I have no way of knowing if you are a competitor writing this. I would very much like to talk with you about this matter” -

Don't leave your valuables in the car...
“I rented a U-Haul from Arrow and the we kind enough to let me park my car in the secure parking behind their building. When I arrived back, 20 mintes after they had closed for the day to return the truck, my car had been broken into and my stereo stolen. They claim my car was fine when they closed up. It was odd as only the employees of Arrow would have known that my car was in there. Avoid this place!”
