All inflatables are cleaned, inspected, and sanitized before rental. All employees go through drug and background screenings. Our team drops off the bouncy castle or water slide one to three hours before the event, and we pick up the item one to three hours after the event. In case of any issues with time changes, you can contact us, and we will pick the item up per your instructions.
