“I will never use Big Air Jumpers again. The jump house was very dirty inside; things were not good from the start. The rep who took my order was very rude. It sounded to me like she just did not want to take my order on a Saturday. The driver looked and smelled like he needed a shower. What a big difference a year can make. Last year was great this year was the worst ever. This place will not get a chance to see what next year may bring.” -
